Account Registration & Verification

Each individual user is permitted to hold exactly one account on bb88bet. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bb88bet uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed, and any balances or winnings associated with them may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. bb88bet is not liable for any consequences arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

bb88bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. During a verification hold, the account may be restricted from withdrawals. Deposits made during a verification hold are retained in the account and will be available once verification is completed successfully.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

bb88bet operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. bb88bet does not charge transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. bb88bet does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts.
• bb88bet reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals.

• bb88bet is not responsible for delays caused by the user's bank or mobile financial service provider. Quoted processing times represent bb88bet's internal processing window only.
• Any attempt to deposit or withdraw funds using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment credentials will result in immediate account termination and referral to relevant authorities.

Bonus & Promotions Policy

bb88bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the rules set out in this section and any additional terms specific to the individual promotion.

• Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times using different accounts is considered abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or any other form of value outside of the platform's wagering system.
• bb88bet reserves the right to withdraw or modify any active promotion at any time, with reasonable notice given to affected players where practicable.
• Bets placed using bonus funds that are subsequently voided, cancelled, or settled as a push (draw/void) do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, placing low-risk or hedging bets solely to clear wagering requirements — is prohibited and may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• bb88bet does not offer bonuses to players who have opted into the self-exclusion programme or who have active deposit limits that render the bonus ineligible.

Betting & Casino Game Rules

All sports betting markets and casino games on bb88bet are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product. These rules are made available within the relevant section of the platform. The following general principles apply across all products offered by bb88bet.

bb88bet reserves the right to void any bet or game result if there is evidence of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, collusion, exploitation of system errors, or any other form of fraudulent activity. Odds and game parameters may be adjusted at any time without prior notice. Any bets placed after such an adjustment will be settled at the adjusted odds or parameters.

Responsible Gaming

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Time-out periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days are available. During a time-out, the account is restricted from real-money activity.
• Self-exclusion is available for 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be lifted until the chosen period has elapsed.
• bb88bet will not market to self-excluded players and will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration by individuals who have self-excluded.
• Players must not attempt to circumvent responsible gaming controls by creating new accounts after applying self-exclusion or deposit limits. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bb88bet platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of bb88bet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The bb88bet name, logo, and all related marks and trade dress are proprietary trademarks of bb88bet.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bb88bet platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without bb88bet's express written permission.
• Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on any part of the bb88bet platform.
• Use the bb88bet name, logo, or branding in any advertising, promotional material, or public communication without prior written consent.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the bb88bet platform on any other website or digital property without written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of bb88bet's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence. bb88bet actively monitors for misuse of its brand and intellectual property and will take appropriate action where infringement is identified.

Limitation of Liability

bb88bet provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bb88bet takes all reasonable steps to ensure the platform is available and functional at all times, it makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of its services.

• bb88bet is not liable for losses arising from network outages, third-party payment provider delays, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond bb88bet's reasonable control.
• bb88bet is not responsible for any loss resulting from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials or from unauthorised access arising from the user's own negligence.
• In no event shall bb88bet's total liability to any user for any claim arising out of these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In such cases, the limitation shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Account Suspension & Termination

bb88bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if bb88bet has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The user has breached any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• The user has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• The user has engaged in collusion, match-fixing, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other fraudulent activity.
• The user has attempted to access the platform from a sanctioned region or using a VPN to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• The user's account has been flagged by automated systems for suspicious transaction patterns or irregular betting behaviour.
• bb88bet is required to do so by law, regulation, court order, or the direction of a competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, bb88bet may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms fraudulent activity, the balance may be forfeited in full. If no wrongdoing is established, any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to the user via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting the bb88bet support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the user.

Amendments to These Terms

bb88bet may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published at this page with the effective date clearly indicated at the top of the document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

Your continued use of bb88bet following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bb88bet operates. bb88bet makes no representation that the materials or services on this platform are appropriate or available for use in all locations.

In the event of a dispute between a user and bb88bet, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through bb88bet's internal complaints procedure. To initiate a complaint, the user must contact the support team in writing, providing full details of the issue. bb88bet aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a full response within 14 business days.

• All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Username]".
• Users must exhaust the internal complaints procedure before pursuing any external legal remedy.
• Any legal action arising from these Terms must be initiated within one year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period will be time-barred.
• These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

bb88bet is committed to fair and transparent resolution of all user concerns. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process are encouraged to seek independent legal advice regarding their options.
